These are all of the final projects!
Below you will see individual tutorials for each pom pom
Materials:
16 sheets of felt
Scissors
Sewing pins
Styrofoam ball
Fold one end of the felt towards the center
Do the same with the other side
Then fold the entire piece in half
Cut half circles (You can obviously just trace and cut out circles, however that takes a very long time! So I did it this way to cut a ton of time out)
Once circles are all cut, take a pin and gather the circle of felt and pin it into the ball
The finished product!
Materials:
Tissue paper
Scissors
Sewing pins
Styrofoam ball
Just like with the felt ball, fold each end of the tissue paper towards the center
Again, like the felt ball above, fold the entire sheet of tissue paper in half
Cut circles along the folded edges
With the pins, gather circles and pin them into the ball
Finished Product!
Materials:
Streamers
Styrofoam ball
Hot glue
Tear 24 inch long pieces of streamer and crinkle to give a more distressed look
Begin folding at the end and rolling to form a flower
Finished Product!
Materials:
Tulle
Scissors
Sewing pins
Styrofoam ball
Cut circles in the tulle and pin into the ball with the same technique shown above
Finished Products!

Gather cupcake holder and push it into the ball with a pin
(I ran out of grey, so I had to use pink and white ones too, but it worked out well since that was my color scheme!)
